AZERBAIJANI SHOOTER GRANTED OLYMPIC WILDCARD

Azerbaijani shooter Zemfira Meftahaddinova has received a special invitation to compete in 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games, ministry of youth and sport said.

The International Shooting Federation has announced it awards the Azeri shooter with a wildcard entry into the Olympics.

The Sydney Olympic winner Meftahaddinova is now competing in the world cup tournament in Beijing.
