During the training sessions led by Huzhou University instructors, the students strengthened their Chinese language skills and explored China’s history, culture, and art.
Participants also toured historical and cultural sites in Huzhou, known as the "silk capital" of China and famed for its Lake Taihu and bamboo forests.
Addressing the meeting, Rafig Abbasov, Director of the Confucius Institute, emphasized that humanitarian cooperation between Azerbaijan and China has entered a new stage of development in recent years. He noted that this cooperation contributes to strengthening humanitarian exchange, political dialogue, and intercultural understanding within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
