Azerbaijan`s Minister of Agriculture meets Dutch ambassador
Baku, October 3 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Agriculture Ismat Abasov has met ambassador of the Netherlands to the country Robert Jan Gabrielsen.
Mr. Abasov said the two countries enjoyed ample potential in the field of agriculture.
He also stressed the importance of strengthening the cooperation for increasing the trade of agricultural products of the two countries.
The minister spoke about the development and the reforms implemented in Azerbaijan`s agrarian sector, as well as the State attention to this field.
Robert Jan Gabrielsen spoke of the two countries` potentials in the agrarian sphere.
The ambassador also praised role of Azerbaijan in the region, adding he would spare no efforts to contribute to developing the bilateral cooperation during his diplomatic tenure.
