Baku, June 23, AZERTAC
AzerGold CJSC, the leading state-owned company in the precious metals industry of Azerbaijan, has once again successfully represented the country on the international stage.
The company's gold and silver collections were exhibited for the first time at the 14th Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair – Asia's leading event for coins and currency – which took place in Hong Kong from June 20 to 22.
The Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair is a major gathering for dealers and collectors worldwide, featuring auctions, exhibits, and opportunities to buy and sell coins and banknotes. The fair is known for attracting prominent industry figures and offering access to diverse numismatic markets.
The coins, reflecting Azerbaijan's rich historical and cultural heritage through their unique design and high quality, were met with great enthusiasm by participating companies and visitors.
The fair was attended by more than 6,000 visitors.
The stand of AzerGold CJSC featured numerous precious coins, including the "100 Years and a Legacy Beyond" gold coin – created in a three-dimensional format using Smartminting® technology and dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev – a gold coin commemorating the Old City and the 20th anniversary of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, a next-generation "Baku" silver coin, valuable items from the "Karabakh Collection," and other thematic coins.
As part of the exhibition, the Azerbaijani delegation held business meetings with representatives of Precious Metals Asia, one of Hong Kong's leading precious metals wholesalers, as well as Kinesis, to establish direct connections with the region's sales platforms, enhance market reach, optimize sales strategies, and identify potential partnerships for the distribution of products and services in the region.
