Bishkek hosted meeting of CIS Council of Defense Ministers

As earlier reported, Bishkek hosted the 46th meeting of the Coordination Committee for Air Defense under the Council of Defense Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The guests who represented the Air Forces of CIS countries, as well as their defense industry complex, were greeted by Chief of the General Staff of the Kyrgyz Republic, Major General Raimberdi Duishenbiev, who in his welcoming speech said such meetings are a good opportunity for personal communication and exchange of views on the most pressing aspects of cooperation both within CIS and on a bilateral basis.
Participants of the meeting of Coordination Committee began with the laying of wreaths at the Eternal Flame Memorial on Victory Square in Bishkek.
