BTC JOINTING CEREMONY TO BE HELD IN AZERBAIJAN-GEORGIA SECTION
Presidents of Azerbaijan and Georgia will attend the Heydar Aliyev Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline jointing ceremony to be held on October 16 near Azerbaijan-Georgia border in Agstafa region of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan International Operating Company said. The 1768 km long pipeline to be launched in mid-2005 stretches 443 km along Azerbaijan, 249 along Georgia and 1076 km along Turkey. Almost 90% of construction work was completed in all three countries.
