Farhad Abdullayev, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan attended the international conference entitled “Constitutional Court in a system of state authorities” in Ukraine.

Chairmen and judges of constitutional courts from various countries exchanged views on independence of judges, increasing effectiveness of constitutional courts, role of constitutional courts in the system of state authorities and other issues.

On the sidelines of the visit, Farhad Abdullayev met with chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Andrei Strijak. The sides exchanged views on perspectives of cooperation between Constitutional Courts of Ukraine and Azerbaijan and other issues of mutual interest.
