Chairman of Nakhchivan`s Supreme Assembly meets with German ambassador

Nakhchivan, April 15, AZERTAC

Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov has met with German ambassador to Azerbaijan Michael Kindsgrab.

Vasif Talibov hailed Azerbaijan-Germany relations, and noted Nakhchivan`s contribution to the development of the bilateral ties. He highlighted the application of germane practice in Nakhchivan`s education system. He said German language is taught at Nakhchivan State University and secondary schools in the Autonomous Republic.

Ambassador Kindsgrab hailed Nakhchivan`s role in Azerbaijan`s modern history. He said he will speed up efforts to develop the bilateral relations.
