CIS OBSERVER PRAISES COURSE OF PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN AZERBAIJAN
Member of CIS election observation mission Eugeny Gubanov told AZERTAC`s correspondent presidential elections in Azerbaijan are taking place in free and transparent manner.
Gubanov, who is conducting the monitoring in polling stations within the 112th Gakh constituency, said they did not register any irregularities during the voting.
He praised the fact most of the polling stations are equipped with webcams to allow people to watch the events online.
According to Gubanov, the majority of the polling stations were fully prepared for the poll and electoral authorities took all measures to ensure conduction of free and democratic elections.
