CIS OBSERVERS REGISTER NO IRREGULARITIES IN PRESIDENTIAL VOTE
Head of the CIS observation mission Sergey Lebedev who visited polling stations in the Sabail district praised the voting process. Since beginning of the voting, he visited 5 polling stations and 1 constituency and had a conversation with commission chairmen. Lebedev noted voting is very well organized. Observers are present in all polling stations. No irregularities were recorded.
According to him, turnout is high.
