ELECTION 2008 NGO COALITION MAKES ANOTHER STATEMENT ON PRESIDENTIAL POLL
Election 2008 NGO coalition, which is monitoring Azerbaijan presidential elections in 59 constituencies, has made its 3rd statement since the voting started saying about 62 percent of voters had cast ballots by 5.00 p.m.
According to the statement, no serious irregularities were recorded during the poll.
