Estonia hosts Novruz celebration and 38th anniversary of Azerbaijani community “Ojag”

An event marking the Novruz holiday and the 38th anniversary of the Estonia Azerbaijan Community “Ojag” was held in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
The event took place at the Lindakivi Concert Hall with the support of the Fund for Support to Azerbaijani Diaspora and was organized by the Estonia Azerbaijan Community “Ojag” and the Azerbaijan House.
Among the attendees were Maria Jufereva-Skuratovski, Head of the Estonia–Azerbaijan Interparliamentary Friendship Group; Tiit Terik, Deputy Mayor of Tallinn and former Minister of Culture; Kristiina Ojuland, former Minister of Foreign Affairs; Artjem Tepuljok, representative of the Ministry of Culture; Alena Stadnik, representative of the Integration Foundation; Natalia Ermakova, President of the Forum of National Minorities; representatives of various national communities, including Turkic communities operating in Estonia; media representatives; and numerous compatriots.
As part of the holiday program, performances by renowned artists invited from Azerbaijan provided unforgettable moments for participants. Honored Artist and tar player Alakbar Alakbarov, khananda Ravan Gachayev, Honored Artist and kamancha performer Toghrul Asadullayev, and naghara player Ali Malikov presented Azerbaijani national music with high professionalism.
At the same time, Nuran Niftaliyev and Aman Niftaliyev, residents of Estonia and multiple laureates of international competitions, added special color to the event with their performances and earned great appreciation from the audience.
At the end of the event, guests were treated to a rich Novruz table featuring a variety of Azerbaijani national dishes.
The event held in Tallinn will be remembered as a celebration of friendship, unity, solidarity, and multicultural values.
