On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my personal behalf, I extend my cordial felicitations to You and the people of Tajikistan on the occasion of national holiday of the Republic of Tajikistan – Day of Independence.
In the passed years, the friendly people of Tajikistan has preserved and strengthened its independence, marched along the path of socio-economic progress, integration to the world community.
Traditional friendly and cooperation relations between our countries are developing in a new direction. I am convinced that we shall make further efforts to expand our cooperation both in bilateral order and in the frame of international organizations.
