Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,

I was deeply grieved upon hearing the news on human loss as a result of explosion near the “Rizhskaya” station of Moscow subway.

On this tragedy, on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my personal behalf, I extend my deep condolence to You and the Russian people and wish quick recovery of the wounded and suffered.

We are rather infuriated with the latest terror acts committed in Russia, condemn terrorism and support combat against its all forms.
