Head of Ombudsman Office of Azerbaijan attends OSCE Human Dimension Seminar

Head of the Ombudsman Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan Aydin Safikhanli has attended OSCE Human Dimension Seminar on “The Role of National Human Rights Institutions (NHRI) in Promoting and Protecting Human Rights in the OSCE Area” in Warsaw.

Aydin Safikhanli made a report at the seminar. He highlighted successful legal reforms on more effective protection and ensuring human rights and freedoms, the creation of the effective human rights protection mechanisms, and the activity of the Ombudsman Office in Azerbaijan. He also informed the event participants about the aims of Development Concept on "Azerbaijan 2020: Vision for Future".
