Head of public organization "Azerbaijan-Ural" detained in Yekaterinburg

According to Russian media, the head of the public organization "Azerbaijan-Ural" Shahin Shikhlinski has been detained in Yekaterinburg.
Security forces are conducting a large-scale special operation near the "Baku Plaza" building in the city of Yekaterinburg.
At the moment, there are no official comments from local authorities.
