ICDO Secretary-General visits Alley of Honors

On July 12, Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel General Kamaladdin Heydarov, and the newly elected Secretary-General of the International Civil Defense Organization (ICDO), Arguj Kalantarli, visited the Alley of Honors to pay tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the architect and founder of the modern independent Azerbaijani state, and laid a wreath and flowers at his grave.
They also laid flowers at the graves of prominent ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
