ILHAM ALIYEV BECOMES LEADER OF TURKIC WORLD, AKKAN SUVER
He said Ilham Aliyev who has been continuing traditions of the nationwide leader of Azerbaijan people Heydar Aliyev, now became the guarantor of stability and welfare in Azerbaijan from the first days of his presidency.
Akkan Suver noted Azerbaijan’s strategic position in Turkish world, emphasizing Ilham Aliyev’s leadership qualities and projects realized under his leadership in region.
The Foundation’s Chairman also underlined that Ilham Aliyev raised the Policy of Solidarity, founded by Heydar Aliyev and Ninth President of Turkey Suleyman Demirel, to a new stage with his consecutive policy.
He said Azerbaijani President has, paying special attention to the importance of peace and fraternity, established Azerbaijan-Turkey-Georgia triangle and was recognized as the leader not only in the Turkic World but also in region.
“Due to tremendous efforts of the Azerbaijan President, the world community and influential international organizations have condemned aggression of Armenia against Azerbaijan. Ilham Aliyev is currently making all possible efforts to resolve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict peacefully”, said Akkan Suver.
He stressed that “unprecedented development of economy in Azerbaijan and it’s becoming a powerful state is a result of Ilham Aliyev’s successful policy, so Azerbaijani people must be happy as they have such a great leader as Ilham Aliyev”.
