Chairman of the Office of Karelian Muslims Visam Ali Bardwil has signed the statement of local public organizations. The document says people are concerned about the spread of Nazism, fascism, anti-Semitism, hatred against Caucasians and racial discrimination.

“As the majority take the way of solidarity and tolerance some groups of the society try to plant the seed of hate among Russian citizens. These facts are dangerous and can lead to social-political crisis. We cannot put up with this situation. We urge everyone to join anti-fascist, racial discrimination movement and put an end to nationalism and intolerance”, the statement says.

The statement was signed by the Jewish religions community, “Grozny” Chechen society of refugees and IDPs, Greek, Gypsy cultural societies, youth organizations etc.
