KHOJALY GENOCIDE VICTIMS TO BE COMMEMORATED IN UKRAINE AND BELARUS
A protest action dedicated to the 16th anniversary of the Khojaly Genocide will be held in front of the building of Armenian Embassy, as well as OSCE Office in Ukraine, at the organizational support of the Azerbaijani Congress in Ukraine. Azerbaijanis living in other cities of Ukraine will also attend the event.
A range of roundtable meetings, as well as commemorative ceremonies devoted to the Genocide will be held in Kiev, Kharkov, Donestk, Dnipropetrovsk and other cities of Ukraine.
Memory of the Tragedy victims will be commemorated in the Republic of Belarus, too, a spokesman of the State Committee on Work with Azerbaijanis Living Abroad said.
On February 26, a commemorative ceremony and roundtable meeting devoted to the Genocide will be held in “Zhuravinka” Complex in Belarus, at the organizational support of the “Congress of Azerbaijani communities in Belarus”. A documentary devoted to the genocide will be demonstrated.
