KOREAN PRIME MINISTER ATTENDS BUSINESS LUNCH IN BAKU
Visiting Prime Minister of South Korea Han Seung-soo attended a business lunch at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Baku with both countries` businessmen in attendance.
President of the Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) Emil Majidov, and President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Korea Song-Yeol Kim greeted the guests.
Economic Development Minister Heydar Babayev stressed the role of reciprocal visits of Heads of States. He told of the socio-economic development, geographical position of Azerbaijan, its leading position in the region. He expressed confidence that the meeting of businessmen would give a fillip to cooperation. He assured Korean Prime Minister and businessmen that governmental bodies of Azerbaijan including the Ministry and AZPROMO will make every effort to make the cooperation more beneficial.
Prime Minister expressed confidence that Azerbaijan would become a leading country in the Caspian region due to the economic reforms and its active policy. He hoped that his visit to Azerbaijan would be successful.
