MEETING IN THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION

Minister of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic Misir Mardanov has met the recently appointed head of the UNICEF representation in Azerbaijan Ms. Haana Singer.

As was informed to the correspondent of AzerTAj, the minister of education spoke of the work directed on development of our education by the former head of representation of UNICEF in our country Akif Saatchioglu, has expressed confidence for successful continuation of this work by Ms. Haana Singer.

Ms. Haana Singer told that she is aimed at the further expansion of activity of the organization in Azerbaijan.

At the same time, having told about direct acquaintance to position of children from families of refugees and IDPs in Imishli and Sabirabad districts, H. Singer has stated that during the activity she renders them special attention.

Then, the discussions connected to directions of joint activity have been carried out.
