As correspondent of AzerTAj reported, in the Cultural and Information Center of the embassy of Japan in Azerbaijan, a ceremony of signing of the memorandum has taken place in frameworks of grant programs of the government of Japan “Plant roots and safety of man”. In the ceremony, participating was the delegation of the Japan – Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary League of Friendship now visiting Azerbaijan.

Among the embassy of Japan, National Agency for Mine Actions of Azerbaijan Republic (АNАМА) and the International Eurasian Fund of Media a tripartite Memo on mutual understanding has been signed. The ambassador of Japan in Azerbaijan Toshiyuki Fujiwara, director of АNАМА Nazim Ismayilov and chairman of the International Eurasian Fund Umud Mirzoev have signed the Memo. According to the Memo, it is provided to allocate to the project “Mine clearing of the Terter region” a grant at amount of 81.697 US dollars. Finally, chairman of the Azerbaijan-Japan Inter-Parliamentary League of Friendship Mr. Akira Amari and the ambassador of Japan in our country Toshiyuki Fujiwara have held press conference for representatives of mass media.
