NATO ASSISTANT SECRETARY GENERAL FOR PUBLIC DIPLOMACY TO VISIT AZERBAIJAN
Jean-François Bureau, NATO Assistant Secretary General for Public Diplomacy, will make a trip to Azerbaijan during the NATO week on June 24-25.
During his first visit to Azerbaijan, Bureau will get familiarized with the Euro-Atlantic Center and speak at the conference “Azerbaijan`s integration into the Euroatlantic region and democratic elections” organized by the NATO Public Diplomacy Division and Eurasian Lawyers Association. He is also set to participate in the workshop marking the completion of the “Melange project”, which assisted Azerbaijan in destroying 1,200 tonnes of rocket fuel oxidiser left over from Soviet times.
NATO Assistant Secretary General is scheduled to meet with media representatives at the Euro-Atlantic Center.
