NEW PROJECT ON PREVENTION OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN WITHIN FAMILY

A presentation of the new “Family Crisis Center” project on prevention of violence against women within the family has been conducted at the “Hyatt-Regency-Nakhchivan” hotel. The project is realized by the Center of Psychological Consultations and sponsored by the Geneva network program “Open Society Institute”.

Opening the ceremony, Program coordinator Gulnara Mammadova updated the audience on the principal purposes of the project and told of the role and goals within frameworks of the social initiatives realized in Azerbaijan.

Head of the project, Director of the Center Leyla Ismayilova explained the purpose of the project, methods and plans of realization.
