OFFICIAL VISIT OF PARLIAMENTARY DELEGATION TO BULGARIA COMPLETED
The parliamentary delegation of Azerbaijan also was present at plenary session of National Assembly of Bulgaria. Members of National Assembly have warmly welcomed Azerbaijani deputies. On the same day, the meeting with members of inter-parliamentary group of friendship Bulgaria – Azerbaijan took place. The deputy of National Assembly of Bulgaria Ramzi Osman in detail informed visitors on activity of parliamentary group of friendship headed by him. At the meeting, exchanged were views on the further activity of parliamentary groups of friendship.
Chairman of Milli Majlis Murtuz Alaskarov has invited members of the Bulgarian group of friendship to Azerbaijan.
Then, was held the meeting of parliamentary delegation with the management of committee of National Assembly of Bulgaria on foreign policy, defense and security. At the meeting, focused were issues of development of bilateral relations, assistance in lawmaking.

On September 30, the delegation met with the deputy prime minister of Bulgaria, minister of transport and communications Nikolay Vasilyev. At the meeting, discussed was the question of cooperation in the field of transport, opening of a direct flight to the Sofia - Baku.
The same day, the delegation got acquainted with the National Museum of History of Bulgaria, Alexander Nevsky’s memorial complex and other historical sights, after which the delegation returned home. The delegation led by Murtuz Alaskarov was seen off by the vice-chairman of National assembly of Bulgaria Luben Kornezov and other officials.

On October 1, the parliamentary delegation led by chairman of Milli Majlis Murtuz Alaskarov has come back home. At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, first vice-chairman of Milli Majlis Arif Rahimzadeh, vice-chairman Ziyafet Askerov and other officials met the delegation.
The speaker of Azerbaijan Parliament Murtuz Alaskarov has answered questions interesting journalists on results of visit.
