PACE DELEGATION ARRIVES IN AZERBAIJAN TO OBSERVE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

A 26-member delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) headed by co-rapporteur of the Organization’s Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Andres Herkel have arrived in Baku Sunday to monitor the forthcoming presidential election. The delegation also includes experts of CoE Venice Commission.

During the visit, the delegation members will meet with presidential candidates and media representatives.
