PACE OBSERVERS MONITOR POLLING STATIONS
PACE observers led by co-chair for Azerbaijan of the Monitoring Committee Andres Herkel visited several polling stations in Baku to monitor the voting process.
An hour prior to the start of the election, the PACE delegation inspected ballot papers, voting booths and fingerprint checking devices at the 3rd polling station of the 29th Sabail district constituency.
The observers also monitored the election process at the 27th polling station of the 23rd Nasimi- Sabayil constituency.
Evguenia Jivkova, co-chair for Azerbaijan of the PACE Monitoring Committee, said no violations have been registered during the voting process.
