Then, Chairman of Parliament has in detail informed on the history and bitter consequences of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorny Karabakh conflict, has noted, that the approach of the Minsk Group of OSCE directly engaged in the solution of the problem, and also other international organizations to the said question from the position of double standards delays settlement of the conflict. Despite of it, Azerbaijan supports peace solution of the problem, within the framework of norms of international law. We shall not concede spans of the native lands, territorial integrity of Azerbaijan will be restored. We hope, that Austria, as it was always, will support the fair position of Azerbaijan.
Having thanked for warm reception and detailed information, Walter Presslawer has noted, that within the framework of visit to Baku, he has signed extremely important contract with the Azerbaijan colleague. This document renders positive influence on development of relations not only between law enforcement bodies, but also in other areas. As for the Nagorny Karabakh conflict, Austria supports peace settlement of the given question, by negotiations. The government of Austria repeatedly declared, that is the supporter of inviolability of territorial integrity of the states, and this policy remains constant.
Then, the parties had exchange of views on other questions representing mutual interest.
