PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV AND MAESTRO ROSTROPOVICH VISIT HEYDAR ALIYEV FUND
The President told the guest about the exhibits taken from the personal archive of Heydar Aliyev and reflecting different periods of his activity.
Mr. Rostropovich also familiarized himself with a lot of photos giving a clear idea of the quite long period of Azerbaijan’s history, as well as the books about our great leader. With particular interest he viewed the pictures of our national leader taken with members of the Soviet Government, and also those reflecting his constant care about workers of culture and art.
Then, the Maestro left a record in the guestbook.
While viewing the panorama of Baku from the building’s balcony, Mstislav Rostropovich expressed his admiration for the creative work done in the last years for the city improvements.
