PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES BELGIAN STATE MINISTER JEAN-LUC DEHAENE
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received on Friday Jean-Luc Dehaene, Belgian state minister, member of the European Parliament, and former Prime Minister of Belgium.
Jean-Luc Dehaene recalled his meeting with the nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev during his visit to Azerbaijan ten years ago.
He said the current trip is a good opportunity for him to closely familiarize himself with ongoing development processes in Azerbaijan.
President Ilham Aliyev said the Azerbaijan-Belgium relations are successfully developing, adding this is very important to his country in terms of enhancing the cooperation with the European Union.
The President also spoke of Azerbaijan’s moves towards integrating into the European structures.
