PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN ATTENDED CEREMONY OF OPENING OF MILITARY TRAINING CENTER
The first deputy prime minister of Azerbaijan Abid Sharifov and defense minister, colonel-general Safar Abiyev welcomed the Head of State.
The defense minister reported Supreme Commander-In-Chief.
Then, President Ilham Aliyev familiarized himself with the area of the cantonment. Defense minister, colonel-general updated the President of Republic. As stated, here will be trained military personnel meeting the NATO standards, Mr. Abiyev said. The Country has been partaking in the NATO PfP Program for tens years. Now, here, the individual program is being realized in the frame of this Organization. The NATOВ’s training gathering due on September 12 in this Center will be another significant step in integration of Azerbaijan to this Organization. President Ilham Aliyev familiarized with the facilities installed in the Headquarters.
First deputy prime minister of Azerbaijan Mr. Abid Sharifov informed on the construction. The Center has been provided by all necessary facilities.
Then, President Ilham Aliyev familiarized with the barracks, sports rooms and facilities, numerous labs, other accommodations of communal and medical service.
The President thanked the constructors for timely commissioning of the Center.
Defense minister, colonel-general Safar Abiyev expressed deep gratitude to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for constant care and attention the army building.
