PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN RECEIVED FOREIGN MINISTER OF GERMANY
At the meeting, discussed were mutual relations and underlined the high level of these relations, had exchange of views on situation in the region and on international arena, peace settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorny Karabakh conflict.
Highly having estimated the official visit of President Ilham Aliyev, the head of foreign policy department of Germany has noted its value from the point of view of the further development of cooperation between our countries. He stated that Germany supports the position of Azerbaijan in peace settlement of the Nagorny Karabakh conflict and will make efforts in this direction.
President Ilham Aliyev has emphasized, that serious steps for the further development of the Azerbaijan-German relations and cooperation will be undertaken.
During conversation, focused were other questions representing mutual interest.
