During the years of independence the friendly Uzbekistan has managed to gain important achievements in strengthening of its statehood, implementing socio-economic reforms and integration into the world community.
For the mentioned period, the relations of traditional friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan have also been brought up to qualitatively new level. I am confident that we will continue to take efforts to expand bilateral cooperation and that in the framework of the international organizations, in line with the interest of our two nations.
