PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS IN AZERBAIJAN MEET INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS, -SVETLANA ORLOVA
Presidential elections in Azerbaijan meet international standards, according to Ms. Svetlana Orlova, head of the CIS observation mission has told journalists. She mentioned high voter enthusiasm and good conditions created at polling stations.
“Experts of the Institute of Monitoring and Law Application Practice newly created within CIS Inter-parliamentary Assembly have come to conclusion that the voting process is being held in full compliance with international standards,” Mr. Orlova said.
