“RUSSIA REMAINS FRIENDLY AND INTERESTED IN AZERBAIJAN”, RAMIZ MEHDIYEV
As earlier reported, a representative delegation of Azerbaijan led by Ramiz Mehdiyev, the head of Administration of the Azerbaijan President, is visiting Moscow.
The delegation will take part in the party, devoted to the 85th anniversary of the outstanding statesman and politician, the nationwide leader of Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev.
In the framework of visit, the head of Administration of the President of Azerbaijan also held a number of meetings with the Russian colleagues. In his interview to correspondent of AZERTAC Ramiz Mehtiev told:
“Undoubtedly, marking the 85th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev in Moscow, in the capital of Russia, is a great event. The memorial party will be organized by the Russian side, what once again emphasizes, that Russia gives huge value to cooperation, strategic partnership with Azerbaijan.”
Ramiz Mehdiyev also informed, that the meeting of the Azerbaijan delegation on May 14 took place in Administration of the President of Russia. “Our delegation was accepted by deputy head of Administration Alexander Beglov, who supervises the Control Department of the Administration. Mr. Beglov told a lot of interesting and new about the organization of work of control management.”
“They practically hold a hand on pulse of everything that occurs in the country in all spheres - building, social, industrial, defense. It is very useful experience, and I consider, that we should take advantage of it and organize the similar monitoring system over activity of all vital structures of the country. The meeting with the head of Administration of the President of Russia Sergey Naryshkin is planned, too. I think, that this meeting will be useful, and we shall exchange experiences”, Mr. Mehdiyev underlined.
As a whole, Ramiz Mehdiyev has highly estimated results of the meetings. “Today`s meetings and negotiations show, that Russia remains friendly and interested in Azerbaijan ", he said.
