RUSSIA TO CREATE IMMIGRATION INSPECTION
Deputy head of federal migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Michael Kravchenko has stated it at the inter-regional conference in Moscow “Social partnership as the mechanism of perfection of migratory policy of the state, with the purpose of the prevention of negative consequences in sphere of safety, economy, labor market, guarantees of the rights and freedom of citizens”, devoted to the migratory policy of Russia.
Concerning situation with the migratory processes occurring in Russia, M. Kravchenko has told that illegal labor migration is favorable to employers, and however, the budget of the country suffers from it. So, in 2002, in the budget of Russia from attraction of labor force has arrived about 0,5 billion rubles of tax gathering while really this sum should make from 20 up to 50 billion rubles one year.
Speaking at the inter-regional conference on migratory policy about the necessity of ordering of laws on labor migration so that solution of a number of problems facing to Russia is connected to attraction of foreign labor in the country. The orators marked, that it is necessary to create normal conditions for labor migrants, for the account and control over these processes, especially, in view of last events in Russia and the increased terrorist danger.
