RUSSIA TO TOUGHEN CONTROL ON ISSUANCE OF ENTRY VISA
According to the Decree, that determined the basic directions of the state anti-crisis program, the government and relevant lawful ministries and departments have been assigned in a short time to submit their suggestions and plan of activities on creation of effective system of state management in critical situations, on raise of efficiency of combat against terrorism, as well as on complex measures of prevention and suppression of acts of terrorism in the territory of Russia.
To note, according to this Decree, MFA of RF, FSS, Internal Investigation Service, MIA of RF have been assigned, in the view of non-admission of entry to the Russian Federation of the people to take part in the acts of terrorism, to take measures on strengthening of control on issuance of visa by the diplomatic representations and consular institutions of the RF abroad. The document also underlines necessity of putting in order of crossing the state borders of Russia by the citizens of those countries, with whom the Russian Federation has agreement on non-visa entry.
