RUSSIAN OFFENDER DETAINED IN SHAKI REGION

The policemen near the Shin village of Shaki region detained the citizen of Russia, who murdered two soldiers-colleagues.

Two days ago, soldier of Russian frontier troops escaped because of killing two his colleagues and injured the third, Ministry of Interior Affairs told AzerTAj correspondent. After notification of Azerbaijan side, control in the border with Russia was reinforced. Policemen detained the suspected Russian citizen, Ustavo Vladislav Aleksandrovich, 1985. He was accused in murder. The policemen found flare pistol and 8 cartridges. For today, relevant documentation for his extradition to Russia is being prepared.
