Seoul hosts cultural evening dedicated to Azerbaijan

A cultural evening dedicated to Azerbaijan was held in Seoul, co-organized by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in South Korea and the local Azerbaijani community, with the support of the Fund for Support to Azerbaijani Diaspora.
Addressing the event, which was attended by members of the Azerbaijani diaspora, students, Korean media representatives, and cultural and educational figures, Ambassador Ramin Hasanov emphasized that Azerbaijan’s rich culture has developed over millennia into a unique multicultural heritage, combining Eastern and Western influences.
The diplomat highlighted Azerbaijan’s UNESCO-recognized cultural heritage and the role of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in its international promotion. He also stressed Azerbaijan–Korea cultural cooperation and the importance of unity and solidarity among Azerbaijanis in Korea around the ideology of Azerbaijanism.
The event continued with performances of Azerbaijani national music and dance. Cultural exhibits showcasing Azerbaijan’s heritage were also presented, followed by a reception where guests were offered traditional Azerbaijani cuisine.
