STATE COMMITTEE PREPARES REPORT ON WOMEN’S DISCRIMINATION

In accordance with the UN Convention on elimination of all forms of women’s discrimination, the State Committee on Women’s Problems is preparing the report on fulfillment by Azerbaijan of the related obligations. The report will be submitted to the United Nations by the end of this month.

The goal of the report is to solve problems existing in education and health care, and those with ensuring gender equality in social spheres. The document will also reflect such issues as women’s exploitation and violation in family.
