SUCCESS OF AZERBAIJANI PIANISTS IN MUSICAL FESTIVAL IN FRANCE
As correspondent of AzerTAj reports, on April 14-19 in the settlement Banole, near Paris, in the Slavonic Musical Conservatory has passed the seventh international musical festival. 260 children and teenagers from 20 countries competed in the festival. Majority of them has arrived from Russia, Latvia, Uzbekistan, Serbia and Montenegro. In spite of the fact that six Azerbaijanis have been invited to festival, our country was presented only by two - 10-years Sayin Rafiyeva, the trainee in class of Nilufer Tabasarancky at the specialized musical school after Bulbul, and Ayla Pashayeva, student of XI class of the art school.
On music education, the participants were divided into six groups. Children with 4-years music education demonstrated their skill on April 15. In this group, Sayin Rafiyeva has performed fragments from products of the European composers - I. Bach, F. List, F. Chopin and K. Debussy. The manner of performance of our young pianist has received a high estimation of jury; Sayin has taken the third place among 93 participants.
Pupils on April 18 competed with 10-years music education. In performance of Ayla Pashayeva sounded the works of I. Bach, L. Beethoven, F. List, K. Debussy and S. Prokofiev. Ayla has received the Diploma of competition.
