Sweden wins 2015 Eurovision Song Contest

Sweden has won the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest, following a closely fought battle against Russia and Italy.
Singer Mans Zelmerlow brought the Scandinavian nation their second win in four years, with his track Heroes picking up an impressive 365 points.
Russia’s Polina Gagarina finished in second place with her ballad A Million Voices, while Italy’s operatic effort Grand Amore came third.
Azerbaijani entry Elnur Huseynov finished 12th.
