Three die as light aircraft crashes close to Madrid

Three people were killed when the light aircraft they were flying in crashed close to the Spanish capital city of Madrid, according to local emergency services, according to Xinhua.
The plane, a Cessna 172, came down between the towns of Perales de Tajuna and Valdilecha to the east of the capital.
The plane took off from Sabadell airport, close to Barcelona, at 11:20 local time en-route to the Cuatro Vientos aerodrome on the outskirts of Madrid.
It was carrying three occupants, reportedly aged between 20 and 30, in order for one those on board to accumulate flight time. However, for reasons as yet unknown, it crashed into a tree and caught fire upon impact killing all on board.
Representatives of the Barcelona-Sabadell Aeroclub, of which the three victims were members, have informed that the families of the victims will visit the crash site in the coming hours.
