The average-weighted dollar exchange rate was 0.8454 AZN at the morning session on US currency in the BEST (Bourse E-system of trades). Deals worth AZN 5,283,750 were closed on instrument USD/AZM T+0 at the morning session. Manat exchange remained unchanged.
Deals amounted to 3,240,095 AZN on instrument USD/AZN T+0 at the afternoon session. Manat exchange rate made 0.8454.
The volume of trades totaled 8,523,845 AZN (USD 10,083,000 on the instrument USD/AZM T+0 for both sessions. The average cost of one deal was $1,260,375.
The deals on the instrument USD/AZM T+1, T+2 and SWAP_USD/AZN were not registered because of lack of demand.
There were no deals made on Instrument RUR/AZN. In the inter-bank credit market functioning in the framework of BEST, BakiBOR index counted in line with requests made by market makers constituted 15.50 % in manats on 90 day-instruments, and 15.93% in USD.
No deals on the credit instruments were made between the banks on January 17.
At the interbank credit market within the BEST, a AZN 500,000 deal was closed at 15% interest rate.
