Minister of Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi visited Monday the Alley of Honors as part of her Azerbaijan trip.

She laid a wreath at the tomb of Azerbaijan`s nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev and put flowers at the grave of eminent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.

The same day, the UAE minister also visited the Alley of Martyrs to revere the memory of Azerbaijan`s brave sons who died for the independence and territorial integrity of the country.

Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi put a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.

Azerbaijani minister of economic development Heydar Babayev accompanied the UAE minister.
