VOTING ENDS IN AZERBAIJAN`s PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
Polling stations closed at 7 p.m. across Azerbaijan marking the end of the voting in the country`s presidential elections which saw the race of seven candidates.
Voters cast ballots in 5,359 polling stations in 125 constituencies across the country.
All constituencies were provided with necessary equipment, including computers to ensure immediate delivery of available information to the “Sechkiler” election information center which issued five reports throughout the day concerning the course of the poll.
The voting was monitored by 1,258 international and more than 45,000 local observers.
Over 30 foreign mass media outlets covered the election.
