Azerbaijani President receives deputy chairman of Russian Government
Baku, August 15 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev had today received deputy chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Rogozin.
Mr. Rogozin extended Russian President Vladimir Putin`s and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev`s greetings to the Azerbaijani leader.
President Ilham Aliyev and Dmitry Rogozin praised the relations between Azerbaijan and Russia, saying they were developing in different areas, including in defense industry.
They discussed prospects for the bilateral cooperation in defense industry.
They expressed confidence the visit of the deputy chairman of the Russian Government would contribute to developing the two countries` cooperation.
The Azerbaijani President asked Dmitry Rogozin to extend his greetings to the Russian leader and the Prime Minister.
