AZERBAIJAN`S EMBASSY IN GEORGIA ORGANIZES SEMINAR ON UPCOMING REFERENDUM

Tbilisi,13 March (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Georgia has organized here a seminar on referendum on making amendments and supplements in the Constitution of Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijani ambassador to Georgia Namig Aliyev briefed the participants on proposed amendments and supplements to the Constitution.

He pointed out the Constitution of Azerbaijan is considered as one of the world`s perfect constitutions.

According to him, the Constitution has contributed to strengthening the principle of the division of power, human rights and freedoms, as well as promoting reforms in the country.

The Amba$ssador noted a polling station will be opened in the Embassy for the Azerbaijanis living in Georgia to vote. He also added all conditions will be created for those who want to monitor the voting process.
