Azerbaijan`s President receives Foreign Minister of Principality of Andorra
Baku, June 4 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev has today received Foreign Minister of Principality of Andorra Gilbert Saboya Sunye.
Gilbert Saboya Sunye said he was honoured to pay his first official visit to Azerbaijan on behalf of the Andorran government. The Minister underlined that the visit creates `good` opportunity in terms of becoming familiar with Azerbaijan, and for the Azerbaijani society to learn more about Andorra. Gilbert Saboya Sunye stressed that both nations have ancient history, adding Azerbaijan has `good` development prospects.
President Ilham Aliyev underlined importance of continuation of such visits for bringing the two countries closer to each other. The Head of State expressed hope that relations in political, economic and other spheres would be discussed during the visit.
